Tremco's Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division is seeking a Production Laborer at our Schul/WillSeal facility in Hudson, NH. The Production Laborer starts up, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely and routinely while achieving or exceeding standard levels of scrap, timing and output rate a majority of the time in one of the areas listed below:
- Compression on Compression Tables.
- Compression on Auto-Wrappers.
- Compression Support.
- Auto-Coating.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform work in a safe manner while following all safety rules.
- Produce product according to tolerances per ISO procedures.
- Perform routine measurements per quality standards.
- Read and interpret traveler instructions.
- Maintain accurate paperwork with minimal errors.
- Correctly package and label products.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties: sweep, mop, chip salt, skim, and maintain 5S areas.
- Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
- Setup and operate various off-line and secondary equipment.
- Measure material and utilize cutting tools to cut materials to specified length.
- Shrink wrap or band finished goods.
EDUCATION:
- HS Diploma preferred but not required.
EXPERIENCE:
- No prior experience of training.
