Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Sales The sales representative is responsible for the coordination of sales, technical service, and specifications for the CSW division. We are looking for a competitive field sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. You will source new sales opportunities and close sales with existing customers to achieve sales goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects.

Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance Sales Our Sales Associate Program is specially designed to provide a strong foundation for a highly successful sales career. Associates are partnered with a senior sales representative in a specific region for a period of 12 - 24 months to assist them in comprehensive, hands-on training as well as inside classroom training on all aspects of roofing and selling skills. After completing the program, associates are promoted to sales representative and are responsible for sales, customer relationships, project management and related activities within their territory.
