Job Summary

The primary responsiblility of the incumbent is to support the Western Canada Region (MB, SK, AB & BC) to improve brand recognition and develop business in all martket segments for CPG Products and Service (Tremco Roofing, Dryvit, Nudura) through marketing initiatives.

Major Responsibilities

Business Development Activities:

  • Analyzes regional sales and market trends in the industry and indentify opportunities for Sales outreach and business development
  • Contributes to the development of business strategy by preparing concepts, proposals, and plans on opportunities for sales growth
  • Proactively develop programs and marketing initiatives to identify and pursue business opportunities and to increase Tremco's sales and branding within the region
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer requirements, competitor market position and competitive edge

Sales Support Activities:

  • Develop and maintain professional memberships and partnerships with applicable industry trade organizations
  • Attend trade shows with other members of the region
  • Enhance Sales's Reps knowledge of Tremco products and services
  • Facilitate business developement initiatives through tracking, monitoring, analyzing and reporting on sales activity in the region


  • A post-secondary education in business, with a major in marketing, combined with at leadt 3 years of similar experience (or equivalent) is required
  • Proven ability to work well independently with little supervision in a team-oriented environment is key
  • Must possess advanced proficiency with MS-Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Salesforce experience and copywriting experience are considered strong assets.
